Yes, you can donate stationary along with clothes, toys, and books. We provide a seamless process for donating multiple items together.

Your donations will be delivered to one of the organizations in Singapore, and you will be notified via email with the details. Here’s our process: When you raise a request on our website, our social organization mapping algorithm picks an organization for your donations based on various parameters—location, items to be donated, their quantity, etc. Then the donations are picked up by our logistics partner and delivered directly to the matched social organization/charity the same day. You are notified of the details of the organization where your donations went via automated email.

No quantity is too small or too large! You can choose from our Light Pickup for smaller donations or opt for the Flexi Pickup, which includes a range of vehicle options like an MPV, Van, or Minivan. Planning a larger, bulk donation? You can upgrade your vehicle to a Lorry to fit everything comfortably. If you need to upgrade your vehicle or require any assistance in selecting the right vehicle based on the volume of your donation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 6429 8339. We’ll coordinate with our charity partners to ensure that your items are needed and help you arrange a pickup that fits your schedule. This is a fantastic way to give back and make a positive impact with items that are no longer needed in your business.

Absolutely! When you book, just opt for the ‘drop off’ option. We’ll email you a list of local charities/organizations that you can coordinate with and plan your visit. Please ensure to confirm their requirements and open hours before planning the visit.

Yes, there’s a nominal convenience fee charged to facilitate the pickup from your home, which you’ll see at the final step of your booking process when you’re choosing what items to donate. The charges are displayed at step 3 while making a booking. For a light pickup, it’s 19 SGD onwards, and for a flexi pickup, it’s 34 SGD onwards. The exact convenience fee is displayed while making a booking, based on the distance from the matching charity and the volume of the donations (vehicle, helpers required, etc.).

We are a tech platform that facilitates the pickup service for giving away pre-loved goods. We charge a convenience fee to cover the costs incurred in providing these services and to fairly compensate for the effort involved. Alternatively, you can choose our free drop-off option if you prefer to coordinate directly with the organizations and plan a drop-off yourself.

We’re flexible! Our pickups are scheduled in multiple slots throughout the week, typically from 11 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM. Whether on weekdays or weekends, we’ll find a time that works for you. If the slots are not open for the date you wish to make a booking, you can book for the earliest available date and tell our team at least two working days in advance, and we can postpone to the day of your move or a convenient one.
