You can easily schedule a pickup on our website and we will come to your doorstep to collect your donations. Just follow the steps below and sit back!

  1. Click on the 'BOOK NOW' button on this website.
  2. Put your location and choose from the pickup options available in your area.
  3. Select a convenient slot, fill in your details, make the payment; and your pickup is scheduled!
The donations go directly to one of our charitable social-org partners. Once you raise a request, our mapping algorithm would pick an organisation for your donations depending on various parameters - location, items being donated, their quantity etc. Then the items would be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered to the organisation. You will be notified the organisation details via automated email.
You can pack them in anything you have as long as the volume constraint is met. Most people use those blue/black disposable bags (bio-degradable type if available) to pack the items as they are easily available at home.
No, we won't. However, we recommend you pack your donations in anything you already have at your home. Eg- blue/black disposable bags (bio-degradable type if available). Just make sure to tie them up properly before handing over.

The 2-wheeler pickups are done over multiple pickup slots throughout the week. Typical slot timings for pickups are 11-1PM and 1-3PM.

All the donations are continuously tracked by our monitoring systems; right from the point of pickup at your doorstep - all the way to the organisation's drop point. On completion of the process, you'll be notified the organisation details via automated email.

Once you raise a request, our mapping algorithm would pick an organisation for your items depending on various parameters- location, items being donated, their quantity etc. Then the items would be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered to the organisation.

We're also continuously working with our partners on making this process as transparent, accountable and efficient as possible. We care about your donations as much as you do :)

When you schedule a pickup on our website, the convenience fee is reflected at the bottom at step 3 when you select the items that you want to donate.

For a two-wheeler pickup (small pickups - upto 8KGs in 1 bag), the convenience fee generally starts from S$19.99.

You can opt for the free drop off option. Based on your location and donation details, we'll mail you a list of relevant charitable social-orgs. You can then coordinate with them directly and plan your visit.
We do not offer a COD option currently. We use a secure gateway powered by Razorpay for your payments.

While raising a pickup request, you will be presented with a list of items accepted by our charitable social-orgs partner-network. This list usually depends on your location and current requirements listed by the organisations. Generally we accept all kinds of reusable* goods – clothes, toys, shoes, handbags, school bags and stationery items and so on.

* - Reusable means not torn, not broken, does not require repairs, is in working condition, properly sanitised and/or washed.

All the donations must be reusable* and in working condition. Most of our charitable social-org partners do not have facilities for refurbishment and directly distribute the items as received. Hence please take care while preparing your donation items.

Here are a few examples -

  • Clothes - must not be stained or torn; must be properly washed;
  • Toys - must be in working condition with no broken parts/edges;
  • Toiletries - should be in packed state (unused), not expired;
  • Food items - canned new items only; at least 1 month away from expiry date;

* - Reusable means not torn, not broken, does not require repairs, is in working condition, properly sanitised and/or washed.
